Hiking to the Waterfalls Marcos y Cordero
The hiking trail is currently closed because of a landslide.
We start this adventure hike driving up to 1.300 m through a track full of hanging vegetation. Once we arrive there, we find the old water canal that still brings lots of water from the mountains. Hiking towards the springs Marcos y Cordero we must cross many dark tunnels with our torch and helmet, and some breath-taking views will open in front of us in this impressive gorge, where we will spend all day hiking.
After lunch we have two options, for the ones that want a relax day, we go back to the starting point through the tunnels once more. For the adventurous hikers, we descend 1.000 m to the forest of Los Tilos, possibly the most spectacular of the island.
