Brunch - vegetarian
A smoothie made with carrots, lemon, apple, and fennel, accompanied by a selection of whole-grain bread, jams, and olive oil. Followed by pumpkin, zucchini, celery, watermelon, and a fresh cheese salad. The menu includes a glass of our young wine, yogurt with honey, and granola, followed by an Ayurvedic tea or coffee.
Brunch - El Teide
Coffee, tea, or orange juice. A selection of bread with butter and jam, followed by a selection of goat cheese and canapés with roast pork from our wood-fired oven. Finish with a wine-flavored biscuit and a glass of our young wines.
Brunch - Crushing Grapes
Coffee, tea, or orange juice. A selection of bread with butter and jam, followed by scrambled eggs with Serrano ham and fruit salad with a glass of our young wines.
Brunch - Milk & Gofio
A bowl of gofio from the El Sauzal mill with milk, bread with watercress butter, semi-cured goat cheese, and pumpkin pie, followed by a banana and a glass of our young wines.
Brunch - between the vines
Coffee, tea or orange juice with a selection of pastries, accompanied by butter, jam, cheese and tomatoes, followed by a traditional puff pastry tart and a glass of our young wines.
